Digital Sketch pad practice

Some time ago I got a digital sketch pad but, didn't know how to draw with it. This is the first ever "drawing" I did, but I only drew the eyes because that's all I was good with doing however I'm still practicing and hopefully I'll be able to become even better at drawing, hope this looks good for a "first time".
